Fun facts about me: I'm an abuse and trauma survivor. I'm a woman who gets cravings and doesn't want to workout. I  know depression and anxiety and body image issues. 


I'm a GGS women's fitness coach & BCRPA certified personal trainer. I'm a trauma certified counsellor. I combine my knowledge of fitness & counselling to create journeys for women. 

The KLP is for women who want to make friends with fitness and unsuck their lives so they can believe in all the motivational quotes - without giving up on cupcakes :)

With any KLP journey, you will see a FUK YES or an OMG NO section. It lists the pros and cons so you can make a decision you are over the top excited about, or walk away knowing this wasn't right for you.


Your current decision (do I opt-in to the KLP world), isn't as life and death as, say, starting a brand new fitness program... so it's probably ok to be at "sure, why not, I'll give it a go". I mean it's free and there's a working unsubscribe button :).
